A quiche with no pastry, no eggs and no wheat. Instead of a pastry case, we bake a crust from mashed potatoes. We fill it with button mushrooms, capsicum and tomatoes, held together with quinoa and a savoury cashew-tofu filling that sets like a classic egg custard. It’s 100% vegan, eggless and dairy-free, made with no onion or garlic and no gluten ingredients. Part of The Vegan Christmas Table.

Potatoes, cashews, tofu, quinoa, tomatoes, button mushrooms, capsicums, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, herbs and seasonings.


Ingredients to note

Contains cashews and soy. This quiche is made without gluten ingredients, but our kitchen handles nuts, sesame, soy and gluten, so we can’t guarantee any item is free of traces.


How to order

Pre-order at least 5 days ahead. Orders are open until 24 December 2026, for collection or delivery from 1 December 2026 to 3 January 2027. We’re closed on Wednesdays.
