ORDERING
Can I walk in to purchase Bakes and/or Cakes from the Café?
The Café has daily Bakes-of-the-day on rotation for dine-in and takeaways. You may walk in to browse through our daily selections. Classic Bakes are usually available (till sold out). For whole Classic Bakes (eg. Banana Chocolate Chunk Cake in whole 8"), it is recommended to call or WhatsApp +65 9748 0018 to check if we have stock for you for same day collection.
We do not stock ready-made Whole Creamed Cakes/Gluten-free Cakes. These are all made upon order. Please order at least 3 days in advance.
Are you halal-certified?
We are not halal-certified. However all our products are plantbased and vegan. We do not use dairy, eggs, alcohol, or alliums in our food.
Are you gluten-free?
No, we do not specialise in gluten-free products. We do have a selection of gluten-free cakes and occasional gluten-free cookies that are seasonal. The may however contain nuts as replacements and are produced in the same kitchen where we handle all our other production. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution and contact us prior to ordering.
Can I make changes to my order after checkout?
All orders made are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable once payment has been made.
Can I order for someone else as a gift?
Yes, of course! We love surprising someone with our vegan treats!
If you are selecting for delivery, do ensure you key in the recipient's name, contact number and address (not yours) during checkout under delivery details.
Is there a minimum order for delivery or pick-up?
There is a minimum order of $30 for all orders made online.
Can I order wedding favours / corporate gifts / bulk customisation?
Of course! We love to be a part of your events and gifting needs!

Do you do wholesale?

PRICING & PAYMENT
Do you charge GST?
We do not charge GST both online or in the Café.
However, a 10% service charge applies for dine-in in the Café.
What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer delivery?
Delivery is available across most areas of Singapore.
What are the delivery fees and timings?

Delivery fee for standard Bakes, Cakes & Food (except Sentosa, Jurong Island & Tuas):

* We aim to deliver within the selected time slot, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery fees and timing for Events, Catering & Dessert Tables will be discussed and agreed upon confirmation.
Can I pick up my order from the café?
Yes, we would love for you to pick up your order and explore our Café offerings for yourself!
Orders that are not collected by closing time would be kept for collection on the next working day upon request. Orders not collected within 24 hours from original date and time of collection would be forfeited and no refunds would be made.
What happens if I miss my delivery?

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that delivery details are accurate and that someone is available to receive your order during your selected delivery timeslot.

Any instructions to leave the order and products at the door will be at the customer's own risk. Lilac Oak and our delivery partners will not be liable for any damage and spoilage to the products.

For missed deliveries due to incorrect information or no recipient, we will not be able to reschedule a delivery. Products will be deemed forfeited for any failed delivery.
CAKES & CUSTOM ORDERS
Do you offer custom cakes or dessert tables?
YES! For custom cakes, you may refer to our current cake flavours or customise your own if you have a specific favourite. We do tiered and table-length cakes as well for events and weddings. Do reach out to use via email at hello@lilacoak.com and we'll get back to you within 3 working days.

* For all customisations, do note that we are an all-natural brand. Hence, we do not use artificial colourings or flavourings and are unable to accept requests for excessively coloured orders.
How many days in advance should I place a whole cake or catering order?

Whole Cakes: min. 4 days in advance for cakes from our current menu; last minute requests subjected to the team's availability (WhatsApp +65 9748 0018 to enquire)

Are your cakes nut-free / gluten-free / halal-certified?

Can you write a message on the cake?
We are unable to write messages on the cakes. Message toppers are available under "Add-ons".
Do you have balloons, backdrops & party decorations?

Are walk-ins allowed or do I need a reservation?
Yes, walk-ins are very welcomed :)
Are pets allowed at the Café?
Pets are not allowed in the Café but we do have an outdoor seating that is pet-friendly.
