Two timeless desserts, reimagined into one indulgent, plant-based creation.

 

Our Black Forest-misu brings together everything we love about a classic Black Forest cake and a comforting tiramisu. Layers of homemade vegan ladyfingers are gently soaked in our houseblend espresso before being nestled between luscious Valrhona Guanaja 70% dark chocolate tofu cream, tangy balsamic cherry compote, and our own homemade spiced cherries.

 

Rich dark chocolate meets bright cherries, while warm spices and aromatic espresso create a beautifully balanced dessert that is deeply comforting without being overly sweet. Every layer is handcrafted from scratch using thoughtfully chosen ingredients, allowing each flavour to shine in perfect harmony.

 

As always, our desserts are lovingly made to be 100% vegan, dairy-free, egg-free, alcohol-free and all-natural, so everyone can gather around and indulge with peace of mind.

 

🍒 A Limited Seasonal Creation

 

Fresh cherry season is fleeting, and so is this dessert.

 

Available only for collection on 17, 18 & 19 July, with limited quantities prepared each day while the cherries are at their very best.

 

Once the season ends, so does the Black Forest-misu.

 

We recommend enjoying it on the day of collection, or keeping it refrigerated and consuming within 2 days for the best flavour and texture.
