Pickles, as you know have been pickled or fermented, so they technically have been naturally preserved with salt. We do, however, encourage you to finish them within a month or two for best texture, crunch and taste!
Storage & Care
- Keep refrigerated in an airtight container/packaging.
- Always use clean utensils when portioning out your pickles for consumption (to prevent contamination)
How long can your Handcrafted Vegan Kimchi last?
- Up to months.
- They'll continue fermenting (really slowly) whilst refrigerated so they'll continue to age and turn more sour - not spoilt though, unless you see mold.
- There are various ways to cook and prep the different varieties of kimchi (young/aged) so it's all good regardless!
