A Vegan Christmas Special: Festive Fruit Cake
Our vegan, alcohol-free take on the Christmas fruitcake. A mix of dried sultanas, cherries, apricots, currants and orange peel, soaked in a homemade spiced "rum". Kept it classic, no-frills with no excessive icing but a whole topping of almond flakes.
Size: 15cm x 6cm, serves up to 6 pax
Store your Festive Fruit Cake chilled, airtight for up to 5 days or frozen up to 2 weeks. Enjoy it at room temperature, chilled or warm it up in slices (microwave 30s).
