Our Vegan Custard Cherries Tarts feature a crisp, buttery tart shell filled with our silky homemade vanilla soy custard, layered with a luscious balsamic cherry compote, and finished with fresh seasonal cherries. The gentle tang of balsamic beautifully enhances the cherries' natural sweetness, creating a dessert that is light, balanced and fruit-forward.
